Sample Followup Letters for SFI Promotion



If you are a member of our SFI downline, you may use these sample letters as long as you observe the following:

1-DO NOT use our names or email addresses in your mailings. You MUST use your own name, email address, and SFI website URL. We will NOT be responsible for your mailings. This is YOUR responsibility. Please realize that you are asking your prospects to sign up in SFI under YOU, not US. Network Marketing is NOT an anonymous business. If you don't use your own name, your letters are NOT going to be very effective.

2-You will need to change the SFI URL in our letters to your own. MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS. If you don't, your signups will not know where to sign up..

3-You can modify and make changes to any of our letters WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LETTER #2. This particular letter is a copyrighted article on our website. You need to include the box at the bottom of the article that has our copyright. The only change you can make to this letter is to the SFI URL, and to the number of SFI affiliates mentioned in the headline and paragraph 1.

4-Make sure that every letter includes instructions for being removed from your mailings. Don't leave yourself open to a spam accusation! If you are using one of the autoresponder systems we recommend, this is done for you automatically.

5-Read our articles on email marketing for more information on how to use these followup letters. DO NOT SEND THESE LETTERS TO ANYONE WHO HAS NOT SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED MORE INFORMATION ABOUT SFI!

The best way to use a set of followup letters is with a followup autoresponder. You can input all these letters, and then they will automatically go to your prospects without any further work on your part! And you can send them more than once. We usually send Letter #1 a number of times - about every 3rd letter. This is one of the letters that gets the most response.

If you have a followup autoresponder that allows you to input a lot of letters, it only makes sense to send out many followups. After all, most people do not join a program the first time they read about it. Many of our prospects join after the 5th, 6th, 10th, 15th, etc., time we email them a letter! If you want to get the most response, send out many followup emails and vary the number of days between each followup.
