SFI is rapidly becoming the largest marketing organization in the world, with over 7 million affiliates and over 80,000 joining every month. SFI will also very soon become the largest BUYING organization in the world as well. And that's what is REALLY important to your ultimate goal of building a full-time income with SFI.

The bottom line is this: as SFI becomes a larger and larger BUYING organization, YOUR share of the total profits it earns will also get larger and larger. You see, the whole SFI compensation plan is based on the sales of thousands of products available through SFI and their dozens of e-partnerships.

As you build a downline in SFI (more about that later), you will earn more and more of a share of those huge profits. And with an organization as large as SFI, you can be very sure that the total dollar amount in sales is staggering!

The garden-variety MLM programs you read about generally pay between 40-55%. Eventually, you'll have built enough residual income to kiss your old job good-bye forever!

Affiliate marketing is another very recent online business phenomena that is currently all the rage! Thousands of online businesses that sell every product and service imaginable will allow you to sign up for their affiliate programs for free.

As an affiliate, you can promote their products and services and earn a commission on your sales. As an affiliate, you don't have to worry about building a fancy web site to make sales, collecting the money, or delivering the product. The merchant does all that for you. All you have to do is refer people to their site. As you know, when you become an SFI affiliate, you are using this model to earn commissions from selling SFI products.

The big weakness of affiliate programs is that most people can't earn a full-time income from them without a great deal of work and expense. The problem is that affiliate commissions are ORDINARY INCOME. They come from a ONE-TIME sale of a product. In order to keep earning commissions, you have to keep selling product and keep finding more and more NEW customers just to keep your income at the same level each month.

(That's the big reason you won't make much money as a non- MIQ affiliate of SFI, by the way).

That's why network marketing is a much more powerful model. As a distributor in a network marketing company, you build "residual income." What is residual income? It's income that you earn month after month after month from the same customers. And you only have to sell to them ONCE!

Once they join your program and are in your downline buying product, you earn a commission check on their membership every month. You can now focus on finding more people to add to your downline, not finding more and more customers. On top of that, you can also concentrate on training your members to ALSO be finding more people to add to THEIR downline (which is also YOUR downline. And which YOU get paid for as well!).

Both activities add to your residual income. And both activities make it possible for your commission check to increase every single month, even if eventually you stop working at all! The momentum and growth of your downline will eventually keep your income growing independently of what you do.

I'm sure you're all already quite convinced of the revolutionary power of the 3rd force, the Internet. The Internet allows every online company to have massive global reach. They can get their message out to every country on the globe, and sell their products anywhere.

The Internet allows us to contact thousands, even millions of people, at a very low cost compared to doing it offline. It allows the instantaneous communication of information.

The Internet should be the perfect marketing force for network marketers, wouldn't you agree? Why then are so few harnessing that force and using it to build large networks of distributors?

Even though many MLM companies now have websites describing their products and opportunities, they do little for their distributor force, even if they provide them with a personal website. They still don't offer training and online marketing tools that enable them to be successful.

Another big problem is that most MLM companies are not yet open to the great majority of the rest of the world. Their products would require high shipping costs and customs headaches. The only way around it is to have product warehouses or distribution points overseas, a big expense. Or to offer products and services that can be delivered digitally. So even if they are on the Internet, they still aren't available to the millions of potential network marketers overseas.

SFI HARNESSES ALL 3 FORCES

SFI PAYS A MUCH HIGHER % ON SALES THAN OTHER MLM PROGRAMS!

One of the best features of SFI is its compensation plan. It far outpaces any other MLM program I've ever examined - - - and in my many years in this business, that's been literally hundreds!

You see, the common MLM program pays out about 40-55% of group product volume in distributor commissions. Or, at least, that's what they tell you!

The reality is very different. You see, it is quite common for companies to use a different measure of product volume than the actual price of buying the product. One program I'm very familiar with is a case in point. To earn the top commissions in this company, you must get on 100 BV autoship. Your 100 BV autoship actually costs you $150-$180. But the compensation plan only pays you a percentage of $100, NOT the actual $150-$180 expenditure!

On the 100 BV, a 65% payout meant $65 going into the pockets of distributors - - - not $117, which is 65% of $180! That 65% payout is in reality only 36%!!!! The company actually makes 64% on all product sales.

Now please realize that this is a very common practice for almost all MLM companies. Almost everyone does it. As a potential distributor for an MLM company, you should simply be aware of this practice and do your own actual computations of what a company is actually paying out in commissions.

And please remember that there are many expenses associated with running an MLM program. The big one is product cost. Then there are all the support people required to run a growing company, office and warehouse space, postage, literature, etc. Any MLM company that wants to stay in business simply can't pay out 100% of its earnings to distributors and survive.

But once again, SFI has taken what is a common practice among most MLM programs and turned it on its ear!

As I mentioned earlier, the SFI compensation plan pays out an UNHEARD OF 70% of the price of its flagship product, IAHBE, to distributors.

Take a look. IAHBE costs $29.95 per month and pays out $10 per month to the referrer. It also pays out $2 per month to the Powerline Team Leader (PTL). It pays another 20% to upline leaders above that member. And it puts a percentage into 3 different pools: The Powerline Team Leader (PTL) pool, the Group Leader Pool, and the Top 100 Sellers Pool. T hat means that a good 70% of the $29.95 collected on every IAHBE member is returned to distributors. Do the math, folks. That's 70%!

That leaves a very tiny 30% profit for the company. Now how many MLM companies do you know that could operate on a 30% profit? As we've already seen, most are earning about 69% when you really look closely at their comp plan. (And some can't even manage to stay in business with that profit margin!)

The big reason SFI can pay out so much is that the product is one that can be created and delivered at very low cost. It consists almost entirely of affiliate and expert partnerships who want to be exposed to the huge membership of SFI. That leaves that 30% profit for all the other overhead expenses, such as salaries of support personnel, equipment, shipping of IAHBE monthly packets, etc.

But SFI doesn't just offer a large payout on the cost of IAHBE membership. It also ADDS outside money into the Powerpoints pool from all those affiliate partnerships.

This is money IN ADDITION to all the money collected from product sales. And I can almost guarantee you that this money is going to very quickly become a very large percentage of your commission check every month!

That's another reason that SFI is so powerful. It costs very little to join - - far less than 99% of all MLM programs. Do you realize that the cost to qualify for commissions in MOST MLM programs is $50-$100+ per month? SFI's monthly cost is just a fraction.

And that means that we have many more prospects who can afford to become MIQ. Most of the cost is given back to MIQ affiliates as commissions.

Folks, there isn't another MLM company in existence that I'm aware of that can do this. The few that have leadership pools divided among top-producers have to fill that pool with money from their product sales. They don't have another gigantic source of money to dump into that pot. So they can't make it big enough to share with everyone!

These are just a few of the many reasons that SFI is such a unique and powerful program.
