SAMPLE UPGRADE LETTERS TO SEND TO YOUR NON-MIQ AFFILIATES

If you are sponsoring new SFI affiliates on a regular basis, it's time to start getting the most out of your investment.

Quite simply, just sponsoring affiliates is not enough! Having thousands of free affiliates in your downline will never put a dime in your pocket. To build income, you need your affiliates to get MIQ and start working the SFI program.

Don't just expect affiliates to come to this conclusion all by themselves. As their personal sponsor, it is up to you to make sure that they understand what's in it for them. In other words, if you want people to upgrade, you need to tell them WHY they should!

And you need to tell them over and over and over and over again!

It's a fact. There are so many distractions online, that you don't stand a chance of getting the attention of your affiliates unless you contact them often. Just one contact is NOT enough. You need to do it right from the start.

Your first contact is your welcome letter. You should already have set up an automatic welcome letter in Contact Manager. It will be sent to your new affiliates as you sponsor them. Make sure your letter tells your new affiliates HOW to get started. Send them to the Smart Start URL. Tell them about our member support and training site. Make SURE they know your email address. ENCOURAGE them to contact you with their questions and concerns. Folks, if you can get people to email you, you are going to have a LOT MORE MIQ affiliates!

But that's just the beginning. If you expect to get a decent upgrade rate, it's time to start contacting ALL your non-MIQ affiliates EVERY SINGLE WEEK until they either upgrade or quit the program. If you don't, then they probably are going to forget all about SFI and all about you. And that means that you won't be making the money in SFI that you should.

That's right. No matter what else we are doing, or how busy we are, this goes right at the top of the To Do list. If you want results, then you need to do this also.

The easiest way to send your upgrade letters is to use the Group Mailing function of Contact Manager. Every week, go into your admin control panel and click on the Group Mailing link. Then send out a letter every single week to all of your non-MIQ affiliates. Contact Manager makes it very easy to select just this list of affiliates.

The following letters are SAMPLES. Please do NOT just copy and paste them into a letter to your downline!

Why?

Well, if you read these letters, you are going to notice that every one of them includes MY personal experiences, and tells my affiliates how I am doing in SFI. These are MY experiences with SFI, not yours!

They are personalized for MY mailing, not yours.

Use them as samples. Go through and take out my experiences and insert something personal about YOU and YOUR experiences with SFI instead!

And better yet - start writing your OWN letters. It isn't very hard to do. I write new letters constantly. Every time I get excited about some aspect of SFI, I sit down and write a letter about it to encourage people to get MIQ.

For instance, as I write this, the brand new SFI flagship product, IAHBE, just came out. After reading the information about IAHBE, I was very excited about how much value it offers. Sometimes, you can write what sounds like a fresh new letter simply by changing the first couple of paragraphs of one you already have. Or by writing a new opening, then taking bits and pieces of several letters.

Here is another tip that will make your letters more effective: write many different subject lines to use with your letters. Use a different one every week. A good subject line is the most important factor in getting your letter opened and read.

Make sure that you send your non-MIQ affiliates an upgrade letter EVERY SINGLE WEEK WITHOUT FAIL! Your upgrade rate will improve dramatically when you start practicing this very simple activity.

Sponsoring affiliates is just half the equation, folks! Working to get upgrades is every bit as important, and you MUST do it every week without fail!
