First, as a new member of the Smart Mall program, you are set up with your own free Smart Mall site. Your site contains links to 450+ merchants and many thousands of products.

In order to start your Personal Payline, you must first sponsor 3 members - and 2 must upgrade to SmartPro. You must "give" those 2 SmartPros to your sponsor. And when they start their own lines, you can earn 2nd and 3rd generation bonuses as well.

So don't begrudge your sponsor those 2 members. Remember, everyone in your new line has to do the same for you.

Once you've achieved Manager, and your Personal Payline is started, your next step is to simply start building that Payline as quickly as you can. You do that by signing up as many new members into Smart Mall as you can.

We'll talk about the best ways to promote Smart Mall in a later step. For now, just remember that this program really isn't complicated at all. You'll get to each leadership level in turn just by upgrading to SmartPro, and then sponsoring new members like crazy! Do that, and you'll make a LOT of money.

After you've achieved Manager, you can start shooting for the level of General Manager. All you need to reach that level is for 3 of your personally-sponsored SmartPros to reach the level of Manager.

That means simply that 3 people have had to first give YOU 2 SmartPros in your Payline. Notice how much it benefits you when they achieve the next step. Those 3 people have "given" you a total of 6 SmartPros, each of which pay you $5-$7 per month.

As a General Manager, your commission on SmartPros in your Personal Payline increases from $5 per month to $6 per month.

But even better - you'll start earning a brand new bonus - 2nd generation leadership bonuses on those new Personal Paylines that your members just started! That pays you $2 per month for every SmartPro in their Personal Paylines.

You'll earn that same amount on EVERY Personal Payline that ANY SmartPro you've personally sponsored starts.

Once you work at building your organization for awhile, you're going to find that this bonus will contribute a greater and greater percentage to your total commission check.

How do you help your SmartPro members qualify as Managers, so they will push you to General Manager?

Once you've become a General Manager, your next step is to simply help 3 more of your SmartPros achieve Manager. When they do, you will achieve the level of Director.

The top leadership level is Executive Director. As an Executive Director, you will start earning 3rd generation bonuses of $1 per SmartPro.

You earn this bonus on the offshoot paylines of the SmartPros YOUR OWN SmartPros sponsor! Eventually, folks, that's going to be hundreds of paylines with many members apiece.

What does it take to get to this level?

Well, if you're familiar with other MLM programs, you probably expect to be required to sponsor hundreds of members and have many people below you at all the leadership levels.

Quite simply, the way you build a full-time business with Smart Mall is by upgrading to SmartPro and then building a large downline organization.

I'm going to start you with 4 of the easiest and cheapest promotional methods you could possibly use. None of them require very much knowledge of Internet marketing at all. And none require you to do a lot of work, particularly if you automate your marketing, as I'll show you.

On top of that, these 4 methods will get you the MOST members at the least cost of any other method you could possibly use UNLESS you have a VERY LARGE advertising budget and can negotiate large contracts with advertising agencies.

Most of you do not. And a good percentage of you have no experience at all with Internet marketing.

So why spend the next few months trying to learn something brand new, spend lots of money testing it and using it, and postpone building your Smart Mall downline until all that falls into place?

In the past, our co-op placed new members directly into your Smart Mall downline. However, we believe that you are going to have MUCH MORE responsive members using our new system. If your prospects actually go to your site and sign up, they are far more apt to be serious and worth working with.

While this new system requires a lot more from your signups, it also guarantees that they will be MUCH MORE responsive to the Smart Mall opportunity, and MUCH MORE likely to upgrade to Smart Pro and start being productive.

And that's the bottom line to all your promotional efforts. It makes no difference whether you sign up 1,000 members if none of them upgrade. You won't profit a penny from those folks. What you REALLY WANT are prospects who show that they are definitely interested in building a business with you.

Something else to keep in mind: whether we sell you prospects, or actual signups (as we did in the past), everyone is STILL a prospect until they upgrade. That's right, even if we actually signed up the prospects into your downline as members, they would STILL be prospects until they actually upgraded.

If you want to make a lot of money with Smart Mall, it is very important that you understand that. Anyone can advertise and get prospects. But actually working with those prospects and becoming their business partners is what can eventually earn you a full-time income. The time to start is right at the beginning - BEFORE they even sign up at your website.

More about working with your prospects in just a minute. But first, let's talk about more of the details of our co-op. One of the biggest benefits of using our co-op advertising program is that we do most of the work for you.

That's right! We do the advertising that finds people who are interested in building a business with Smart Mall. And then we send them to YOUR web page to get these prospects signed up FOR you. Most new members have very little experience advertising online. That's one of the big benefits of our co-op. You don't need to have any experience. You don't need to know how to write ads. You don't need to have any advertising contacts at all. We take care of that for you. We find you highly qualified prospects, and then we send them to YOUR web site. That takes care of most of the hard work of actually getting your prospects signed up in Smart Mall.

Second, we get these new prospects for you at a much lower cost than you will get from any other kind of advertising!

Third, all our co-op prospects will be from the US and Canada only, from which we get the vast majority of our upgrades. You won't get people from countries where most people don't even have credit cards.

Fourth, you'll get your new prospects MUCH quicker than from any other source. We'll generally be able to get all your prospects to you in less than 2 weeks! In fact, quite often we will be able to get you your prospects in just a couple of days from the time you place your order. (But please always allow us 2 weeks before inquiring about an order).

Fifth, you'll get a complete list of ALL your prospects and their contact information when your order is filled. That will enable you to continue doing followup work. What YOU Need to Do

Every new prospect generated by our co-ops will get a special welcome letter from us. They will also be given a bonus ebook for agreeing to hear from you about Smart Mall. Our welcome letter will direct them to YOUR Smart Mall web site to sign up as your member.

Once we have directed your prospects to your Smart Mall web site and sent you your list, it is now UP TO YOU to followup with these prospects. Make sure you keep tabs on your downline report to find out which of your prospects have gone to your page and signed up. You should send periodic followup letters to EVERY prospect who doesn't sign up until they do!

Let me repeat that. This is VERY important. If you really want to get results online, you MUST contact your prospects and affiliates FREQUENTLY. There are many distractions online. You MUST get their attention. You MUST get them interested. If your prospects haven't become members a day or two after you receive your list, then send them a followup letter that again tells them WHY they should sign up with Smart Mall and again give them your website.

I strongly suggest that you send one of these letters every 2 days until your prospect actually signs up, or asks that you remove them from your list. The easiest way to accomplish this is to get yourself a followup autoresponder.

With a followup autoresponder, you can input your entire series of letters, then add your list of prospects to the subscribers every time you order prospects. You can also manually remove prospect names as they actually sign up at your site. A followup autoresponder automates most of this process for you.

METHOD #3: Use an email signature line in EVERY email you send out.

What is a signature line?

It's just a 3 or 4 line ad that you place under your signature in all your emails. Some email programs, such as Outlook, Eudora, and Calypso will even insert your signature line for you!

Let's say you are emailing your mother about a family get- together. Here is your email as it would appear with your Smart Mall signature line:

That little ad is an email signature line. When mom, or anyone else you send an email to, sees your ad, she may decide to go take a look. She may like what she sees and sign up for a free Smart Mall site. And when she does, you are her personal enroller.

One of the bonuses of using an email signature line is that you will end up sponsoring people that you already know and have a relationship with. You presumably already have some credibility with the people you send email to. So your signature line will be something that catches their attention and that they may seriously consider.

If your email program has the capability, I suggest that you set it up with your own Smart Mall ad as a signature line. This is an easy and effortless (and cost-free) way to promote Smart Mall. Over time, you'll get some very good members.

But don't depend on this method alone to build you a large and profitable Smart Mall business quickly. Unless you already do some very large emailings, you will never reach enough people quickly enough to make a lot of money. To build a LARGE downline QUICKLY, you need methods #1-#3.

I strongly suggest that before you try ANY OTHER advertising methods, that you first make these 4 methods the base of all your promotional efforts. Maximize your participation in all 4 before branching out. You'll get the most bang from your buck using these methods than any other! And there is nothing new to learn.

To make these methods work, you must use them consistently. Take a look at your own advertising budget, and then set up a plan for yourself. As you earn more money in Smart Mall, increase your monthly advertising expenditure in our co-op. If you do this consistently, you're going to be at the full-time income level before you know it!



5-BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH EVERY MEMBER YOU SPONSOR.



It's not hard to make money with Smart Mall.

There are really just 2 major things you need to do:

1-Sponsor as many new members as you can EVERY MONTH, and

2-Work with those members and help them make money, too!

As I've just showed you, we already have a great turn-key sponsoring system already in place for you. It does all the work of sponsoring new members at very low cost. You can build a very large Smart Mall organization through our co-op, the Smart Mall Co-op, and our Power System!

But you're going to find out very quickly that if you don't do anything else, all those members you've sponsored aren't going to do very much!

It's a sad Internet marketing fact that many people sign up for dozens of online affiliate programs, yet do nothing with any of them. They don't seem to get the concept that this is a business, that a little bit of work is required to earn an income.

On top of that, many new members have never made any money at any program simply because they don't know how! That's one of the major reasons we have written our Smart Mall mini-course for you - to show you HOW to earn an income in Smart Mall.

The members YOU sponsor need the same training and support. They ALSO need to know that YOU are their partner, and will be there to teach them and support them in starting to build a business, which may be totally new to them.

This is by far the most CRITICAL part of making money with Smart Mall, or ANY affiliate program, for that matter!

As we have seen in past lessons, a LARGE part of your income will come from the work that your members do. If they don't do anything, you don't make money. If you WANT to make money, then you MUST work with them. Your members are your partners. And don't forget - some of the leadership levels require that you have members who are achieving these levels as well. That means that you must start building that relationship right from the start.

The first thing to do is to send a welcome letter to EVERY new member that you sponsor into your Smart Mall organization. You will receive notifications every time someone signs up by going to your site. These will include the name, ID number, and email address of your new member.

You can also check your downline anytime you like at your site. At least once a week, you should go into your Smart Mall Member section, check your genealogy, and download all the information for any new members who have joined.

I would suggest copying and pasting your downline list into the Windows clipboard, and then saving them in a text file. You can update your text file every week with the names that you collect.

Saving this information in a file also makes it easy to use mailing programs, such as World Merge or Group Mailer, to email to your entire list at the same time. As your downline grows larger and larger, you may at some point want to buy one of these programs, as they will make your emailing a lot easier.

However, for now, most email programs such as Eudora or Microsoft Outlook give you an address book. And many allow you to set them up into groups, and then email the whole group at one time. You should check on the capabilities of the email program you are using for more information.

Please note that Smart Mall will very soon have a Contact Manager that will enable you to EASILY email your downline any time you wish! When that becomes available, supporting your downline is going to get incredibly easy.

Now that you have all your new members downloaded, you should immediately send them a welcome letter. This is your First Contact, and it's a very important one. This letter will allow you to initiate a relationship with this new member that you hope will be long and profitable for both of you.

We have sample welcome letters on our member support site that you can use as a guide in writing your own welcome letter. But basically, your letter should welcome the new member, and assure them that they have made a good move in joining the Smart Mall program, introduce yourself as their sponsor, and then tell them what they need to do to get started.

I would suggest that you give them information about our own member support site and our new mini-training course. You should also tell your new members about our co-op advertising program, since that will get THEM started in building their business.

If you point your new members to these areas, they will be off to a good start. We have many, many resources on our site that will help both you and your members succeed in Smart Mall. But unless you tell them about them, they will never know!

That's right! We DO NOT get notifications when you sponsor new members. We DO NOT have access to your genealogy. We have NO IDEA who is in your downline.

So unless YOU tell them about our member support site, and all the services we offer them, they will never know! Since our site has been designed to get your members up and running quickly, you're only hurting yourself if you don't point them to our site.

Sending every new member a welcome letter is a great start. Many of these members will start emailing you with their questions, and you can begin building a relationship with them.

But if you REALLY want to get the most members upgrading to SmartPro and participating in the program, you need to do more.

I suggest that you email ALL your members several times a month. You may even want to start your own newsletter. I highly recommend it. When I became a network marketer 14+ years ago, I quickly discovered that a much higher percentage of my downline got active and began building their business when I sent them a regular newsletter. I've seen the same thing among other successful people. Those who regularly write a newsletter for their downline are the most successful.

One of the most successful things we do is to send out a weekly letter to all our members about the benefits of upgrading, and offer them a bonus when they do.

Our weekly letters produce many upgrades. They also wake a lot of people up who were off joining other affiliate programs and not doing anything with any of them. We always get many emails from interested members who are suddenly asking questions and seriously considering dedicating their time to Smart Mall.

We suggest that you also make regular mailings a part of your regular work with your members as well.

Every week, write a letter to your group stressing the benefits of upgrading to SmartPro .

Tell them about the additional benefits and commissions they will earn. And don't forget to tell them about the 3 free bonuses that we offer on our site when they upgrade. These are bonuses YOU can offer to your own members!

We also offer our own personally enrolled members some prospects from our Smart Mall co-op advertising program when they upgrade. That may cost us a little bit, but it helps our members start building their business right away. And since their members are also in our downline, they benefit us as well. After all, we can earn 2nd and 3rd generation leadership bonuses from them. And when our own members become leaders, they help to push us up to the next level. Offering this bonus is a win-win situation for our members and us as well!

Think about this: if you are a SmartPro, you can earn $12-$14 per month per SMartPro. PLUS $1-$2 per person 2nd and 3rd generation bonuses on the payline they build. Now is it worth it to you to spend $15 giving your affiliate 20 prospects for putting all that extra money in your pocket? Of course it is! You win, and they win.

I suggest that you write a new letter every week. The basics will be the same, but highlight different benefits. You might also want to include news from Smart Mall, information about how YOUR business is growing, and anything else that would be of interest to your members.

Growing a successful organization of productive members is all about providing support and building relationships. This is one of the most important steps in optimizing your income in Smart Mall, or any other program!



6-BUY FROM YOURSELF AT YOUR SMART MALL.



This step is the easiest part of this whole system. And yet, I can almost guarantee you that it will be the most neglected.

Why should you buy from your own Smart Mall site?

Quite simply, because it will earn you a commission. And if you are going to buy something anyway, why not earn a commission and bring down the cost you actually have to pay?

As I've mentioned in earlier lessons, if you start working the Smart Mall opportunity and start bringing in new members - eventually you could have thousands of free Smart Mall sites in your organization, and these can all be paying you commissions.

In a year, you could very well have thousands of Smart Mall sites in your organization.

If each site only generated $1 of commissions for you each month, that would equate to thousands of dollars of commission every single month. And no one would have to buy much to make that happen. Just an item or two a month would do it.

If you want to add that potential to your Smart Mall income, then you should immediately start making it a habit to buy from your own site - AND to tell your growing member organization to do the same.

I'm willing to bet that many of you haven't even bothered to see what kinds of products you can actually buy on your site.
