CONGRATULATION LETTERS

If you are sponsoring new Smart Mall members, one of the most important things you can possibly do is to send them a welcome letter when they first join the program.

Your letter should be written to point them to where they can get all the information they need to understand and work the Smart Mall program profitably. It should also offer your help and support as their personal sponsor. If you don't do this, no one else will. And your affiliate will probably flounder around and do nothing!

And if they flounder, YOU don't make money! That's the bottom line. It may seem like a lot of work to send an email to every new member in your downline. But just remember how much money just ONE productive member can put in your pocket.

In my 15+ years in network marketing, I've often observed which people succeed and which ones never make a dime. Invariably, those that make money and have growing downlines are those who give the most help and support to the people they sponsor. They just assume that every new member needs their immediate guidance to get started. And they offer it automatically!

If you want to make a lot of money, you need to do the same. Don't expect us to do it for you. We DON'T get notifications of your new affiliates. We don't have their email addresses. We can't send them our newsletter simply because we don't even know that they exist!

The only way your new members will know about our weekly training newsletter, our co-op advertising program, and all our other support services is for YOU to tell them! Yes, they most certainly can use these services - that's why we created them - to give EVERYONE the help and support they need in building their Smart Mall business. But YOU are the only person who has their email address. If you don't tell them about our services, they'll never know about them.

Your first contact - your WELCOME LETTER - is the place to start. We have printed below the welcome letter we are currently using for our own new members. I've also included the letter I send to people who upgrade to SmartPro.

Please DON'T use these letters word for word. Just use them as a starting point to write your own letters. These are my words, not your words. They describe MY experience with Smart Mall, not yours. Use them as a guide, and write YOUR letter. It will be far more effective than mine, because it will describe who YOU are, what YOU will do to work with your new affiliates, and what kinds of support YOU offer!
