"How to Optimize Your Income in SmartWay: 4 Easy Steps to a Full-Time Income!"

It's not hard to earn a full-time income online if you follow a few simple steps.

We earn a full-time income from several online programs. And in each case, we follow the very same simple blueprint.

1-DO YOUR BASIC TRAINING.



I'm always amazed at how many people try to work a program BEFORE they've even taken the time to understand how the program works.

You can't possibly make money if you don't know HOW you get paid. And you can't recommend the program to others if you don't know WHAT PRODUCT the program gives members.

Before you ever start working SmartWay, you should spend a couple of hours getting thoroughly familiar with what makes SmartWay different than every other online program!

Let's just talk about a few basics, then I'll point you to some specific sites you should go through thoroughly for your Basic Training.

SmartWay is one of the simplest MLM programs you are ever likely to examine. And that can be a real advantage when you consider how easy it will be to explain to your prospects.

A SmartWay matrix is simplicity itself. It's a very small 2 X 4 matrix. That means you have 2 people on your first level and 4 on your second level. It takes just 6 people to fill a SmartWay matrix, and then your position cycles and starts all over again.

As your 6 people cycle, they are placed under YOUR new position, until you again cycle. Every time you cycle, you earn a commission. You also earn a commission every time one of your personally sponsored members cycles.

Let's take an example. You join SmartWay by buying yourself one position. Your position costs you $100 one-time. That's right. Once you buy your position, there is never again any out-of-pocket cost.

You go out and sponsor Sue and Bill. Sue and Bill are your personally-enrolled members, and are placed on your first level. Your first level is now full, so any other members will go on your 2nd level.

Now let's say that you sponsor Dick. Dick goes on your 2nd level under Sue. Sue now has one more position open on her first level, and she fills it by sponsoring Joe. Bill, your other first level person, gets busy right away and sponsors Betty and Fred. They are his personally-enrolled people.

Okay, you now have your 1st and 2nd levels filled. Your 2 X 4 matrix is now finished, and that means you cycle. So now what happens?

Well, the very next Monday, you'll be sent a $200 check from A-Z Systems, the creator of SmartWay. On top of that, A-Z Systems will spend $100 to buy you a NEW position. Your ID number for your positions will always remain the same. They will just have a different extension. Another $60 will be paid to whoever sponsored you.

Since it only takes 6 people to fill a 2 X 4 matrix, you will note that you can cycle very fast. Every time you get your 6 people, you get $200 plus another free position. You can simply keep cycling indefinitely and getting those $200 commission checks from your one-time $100 investment.

Let's continue our example. You've already cycled, but Sue and Bill, your 1st level, are still trying to fill their 2nd level positions. Once they each fill their 2nd levels, they will both cycle. That means they each earn $200 and a new $100 position is bought for them.

Where do their new positions go? You guessed it! Right under YOUR new position. So when Sue and Bill cycle, they are moved into the 1st level of your new position, leaving you just 4 more people to create another cycle.

But when Sue and Bill cycle, you ALSO make more money!

That's right. You are their personal enroller, so you earn $60 apiece when they cycle.

What about the people on your original 2nd level, Dick, Joe, Betty, and Fred?

When each of them cycle by filling their own 2 X 4 matrixes, each of them earns $200 and they get a new position. You'll recall that you sponsored Dick. So you also earn $60. Dick will be placed on the first open spot in your new position, which will be on your 2nd level under Sue again. Please note that anytime someone cycles, they are always placed in the first open spot in their enroller's matrix.

Joe was sponsored by Sue, so he will go under Sue on her 1st level (your 2nd level). Betty and Fred were sponsored by Bill, so they'll go on his 1st level (your 2nd level).

Now you'll notice that your new position is again full. Once again, you have 2 people on your first level, and 4 on your 2nd level. That means that you once again earn a $200 payment, A-Z Systems spends $100 to buy you yet another position, and your own enroller earns $60.

This same cycle will just continue over and over again. And if you continue to sponsor people, you will find that your positions fill very quickly, and you get a lot of those $200 checks. On top of that, if you are continually enrolling new people, you are going to get a lot of $60 checks every time one of them cycle.

With an active group, you can expect to receive a nice paycheck every Monday as your position cycles over and over again, and you receive $60 enroller checks!

With several permanent, active partners, this can become a very significant monthly income.

In our example above, our position cycled a coule of times, and we'd only sponsored a handful of people. What do you think will happen if you sponsor even more - say 10, then 20, then 30 or more?

That's right, your position will cycle MANY more times. And remember, everyone you sponsor will also want to sponsor people so THEY cycle, which will also make you cycle more often. When you've personally enrolled a lot of members you'll find your own position cycling many times per month.

But don't forget about those $60 enroller bonuses. Remember, you get $60 every time one of your personally enrolled members cycles.

What if you've sponsored 10 people, and each of them cycle once a month? You'd earn $600 from their cycles (and that's on top of the $200 you get every time YOU cycle).

What if they each cycled twice a month? You'd earn $1,200 per month from their cycles.

What if you've sponsored 50 people who cycle twice a month? You'd earn $6,000 per month from just their cycles. And remember, those people are going to make YOU cycle many times as well, adding $200 per cycle to your income.

As you can see, you can earn a very high monthly income with just a little bit of work. There really is no limit to the amount of income you can earn in SmartWay.

Okay, that's how the matrix and the compensation plan work. But what about products? In order for a program to be legal, there must be products that you receive for the money you pay for your position.

With SmartWay, every time you buy a new position, or one of your positions cycles, you will receive a voucher. This voucher gives you a choice of a number of products that you can actually use to promote SmartWay: marketing leads in several choices of formats, including labels, disk, or email file; fax leads; email leads; or co-op shares.

2-BUY YOURSELF AT LEAST 1 POSITION. YOU'RE NOT EVEN IN THE MATRIX UNTIL YOU'VE PAID YOUR FEE!



If you signed up for SmartWay but haven't yet paid for your position, that's your very first step.

You cannot make money until you do! In fact, you aren't even in the matrix yet! That's right, you are in a temporary position that will be deleted if you haven't paid within 30 days of joining.

So do yourself a great big favor: go pay your $100 fee for your membership and get started! That will get you into your sponsor's first open position in their matrix. And you'll now have someone above you who will help you fill your first level.

Here is something else to consider: you aren't limited to buying just one position. You can actually increase your income considerably by buying a Tri-Pack. A Tri-Pack is 3 separate positions. The 2nd and 3rd position will go on the 1st level of your first position. And YOU will be the personal enroller of those 2 extra positions.

That means that you'll start out with your 1st level ALREADY FULL, and will only have to sponsor 4 more people to cycle your first position. To cycle your 2nd and 3rd positions, you would just have to sponsor 8 more people. And when your 2nd and 3rd positions cycle, you'll not only get $200 APIECE for them. But you'll also get an EXTRA $120 as the enroller of those positions.

And when your 2nd and 3rd positions cycle, they once again are placed right under your 1st position in your new spots. That makes you just that much closer to cycling again! And AGAIN! And AGAIN!!

A Tri-Pack is also cheaper to buy. Instead of paying $100 per position, you get the 3 spots for $270. You can buy up to 3 Tri-Packs under one name. And you can position them in such a way that you have several spots cycling almost at the same time.

Here is another way to set it up for yourself. Buy one single position, and then buy 2 Tri-Packs under that position. Your first position will be the sponsor of the 2 Tri-Packs. And it will cycle immediately. That means that you'll immediately get a $200 check, which reduces the cost of your Tri-Packs.

Your 2 Tri-Packs will cost you $540. But since you'll immediately get a $200 check, your real cost is just $340. And that's for 6 additional positions.

Here's another advantage of this setup: you can now promote all 7 of these positions by just promoting under 2 ID numbers!

How is that possible? Well, when you buy a Tri-Pack, all 3 positions have the same ID number. They just have a different extension. For instance, if your ID number for one Tri-Pack is S07500, the 3 positions would be numbered this way: S07500-1001, S07500-2001, and S07500-3001. You can promote all 3 of those positions simply by sending prospects to your S07500 web site.

When they join SmartWay, they will go in the first open spot of any 3 of those matrixes. With your downline setup this way - one single position on top, and two Tri-Packs underneath, you can just promote the ID numbers of your 2 Tri-Packs. That will keep all 7 positions periodically cycling.

And remember, you're the sponsor for ALL 6 of the Tri-Pack positions, so you'll also get a $60 check whenever any of those 6 positions cycle.

That means sponsoring as many members as you can afford every single month without fail. You ALWAYS need new prospects in your downline to start working with. In some ways this is a numbers game. The more people in your downline, the more times your own positions will cycle. And the more $60 checks you'll get when THEY cycle.

The bottom line in building a full-time business with SmartWay is simply to CONSTANTLY sponsor as many members as you can EVERY SINGLE MONTH WITHOUT FAIL.

4-BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH EVERY PERSON YOU SPONSOR, RIGHT FROM THE START, & GET THEM TO UPGRADE THEIR POSITION.



Sponsoring people is really just the first step. You have to do more if you want to make a lot of money.

When you sponsor a new SmartWay member, you want THEM to start building THEIR business. If they do, you're going to cycle much, much faster. Plus, you're going to earn a $60 check every time THEY cycle.

You cannot expect people to join a new program, have the initiative to go get themselves trained, get upgraded, and start working the program ALL BY THEMSELVES!

When you sponsor someone, it is YOUR responsibility to help them, to show them where to go to get training, and to stay in contact with them.

If you want to be successful, you should at minimum: 1-send out a welcome letter to every new person you sponsor; 2- contact your affiliates and members frequently about how to successfully work SmartWay, and encourage them to email you with their questions.

Working with your new people is just as important as sponsoring them. Don't neglect this key if you want to build yourself a full-time income online.

To work ANY online program effectively, you must devote enough time to it and spend promotional money on it.

If you are not doing this full-time, as we are, then you don't have a lot of free time to start with. You can't POSSIBLY adequately work 2 or more programs at the same time! You only have enough time to learn one program well!

On top of that, if you split your promotional budget between several programs, you aren't going to progress very fast in any of them. You are just diluting your resources.

The fastest way to make a lot of money online is to choose one program and concentrate on it fully until you are earning a full-time income.

Learn your program backwards and forwards. Learn how to effectively promote it online. Spend adequate time working with the people you sponsor. As a part-timer, that will take up all the time you have to devote to your business.

Then, once you are making enough money to do this full time, THEN think about adding a second program that relates well to your first program.

And finally,

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER QUIT!

Working these key steps won't build you a large income in 2 or 3 months. That's why you have to use them CONSISTENTLY over a period of time.

One of the most common traits of people who fail to ever make money online is that they quit. They try something for a month and then drop out when the money isn't pouring in.

They sponsor 1 or 2 people and then quit when none of them start working (even though they didn't do a thing to encourage or help those people to start with!)

Or they join, then sit around waiting for their upline to do something that will make them money. Lotsa luck. If you don't work, your program won't work. It's as simple as that.

Don't just try these steps once and then quit.
