I strongly suggest that you send one of these letters every 2-4 days until your lead actually signs up, or asks that you remove them from your list. The easiest way to accomplish this is to get yourself a followup autoresponder. With a followup autoresponder, you can input your entire series of letters, then add your list of prospects to the subscribers every time you order prospects. You can also manually remove prospect names as they actually sign up at your referral page. A followup autoresponder automates most of this process for you.
