"SFI Has Shocked me Out of Lethargy" by Darlene Loebel
Dear Marketing Partner,
Well wake me up! SFI has just shocked me out of my lethargy.
I have to admit that I have fallen into a fairly passive role
with regard to building my SFI downline. I will be the first
to admit that I have been less than satisfied with the
results I was getting in 2002. It seemed no matter
what I did or how hard I worked I was making little progress.
Given that I joined SFI at the start I became frustrated
that I was not progressing to the leadership level of
Group Leader. I have referred tens of thousands of
Affiliates into SFI and have more than 100 Affiliates
who I personally referred become MIQ. I have
also developed many leaders below me who are likewise
working hard and building large, profitable downlines.
And still I was miles away from the Group Leader level.
So this past year I moved a lot of my attention from SFI
to other endeavors and of course I watched my SFI
commissions shrink.
But now I am as excited as I have ever been in the more than
two years that I have been involved with SFI. The changes
that were announced on January 1st are nothing short of
spectacular.
We will be talking at length about these changes in issues
to come. And we are working hard to get all of our
support material updated to reflect these new changes.
All of our training series and upgrade letters need to
be updated. But it is an effort we are anxious to
complete because of the remarkable nature of the changes.
Do you realize that SFI has practically eliminated
the plague of attrition? That's right, they have driven
one more nail into the revolving door. The new banked
shares of the PTL bonus pool are going to have a
tremendous impact on retention! They will most
definitely result in our MIQ Affiliates thinking twice
before walking away from SFI and their future income.
Not everyone can build a large and profitable downline
overnight. Most of us simply do not have the financial
resources it would take. For the average Marketer it takes
many long years.
What we hope for at best is a program that lets us get into
profit quickly and SFI has always been such a program.
Even still, we all know that most new Marketers never
reap the rewards for their efforts. They simply don't
have the resources to stay the course without seeing
results.
With the new banked shares in the PTL bonus pool even
our slowest moving Affiliates will see handsom
rewards for their efforts and their determination.
I know that I have literally hundreds and hundreds
of MIQ Affiliates below me. I know that every month
many of these MIQ Affiliates pull out because
they are not making money even though they are working
hard and referring Affiliates. Or they could not
see that their efforts were in fact producing results,
even though those results may not have been coming in
the way of commissions.
With the new banked shares of the PTL bonus pool
those MIQ Affiliates will actually have REAL commissions
earned and banked, money they can see and know will be
theirs when they finally reach their goal.
Now our Affiliates who are MIQ and working hard to
build their SFI downlines and progress to PTL
will be rewarded even if they don't make it. Every
month that they keep trying they will be awarded
another share in the PTL bonus pool.
To use SFI's example, in December the PTL bonus pool
was worth $32.19. Can you see what that means to our
MIQ Affiliates who are working but taking forever
to become PTL? You guessed it. The longer it takes
the more they are rewarded when they get there.
I personally think this change is brilliant because
it goes directly to the psychology of the new
Network Marketer. The one thing that is impossible
to teach is the concept of "over time". And yet
"over time" is how incomes are built.
What if our MIQ Affiliate has been MIQ for three
months but has not yet made PTL? They have $96.57
earned and banked and waiting for them when they do
make PTL.
And if they don't reach their goal next month?
They have banked an additional share and their nest
egg has grown to roughly $128.76. Is our MIQ
Affiliate going to walk away from that knowing
that if they just keep trying it will keep going
up?
Would you?
The banked shares of the PTL bonus pool is REAL
money, not promised future income. It is not contingent
upon ANYTHING. It has already been earned and the only
way to lose it is to quit.
And what's more, SFI's new notifications are going to
contain exact dollar amounts letting our Affiliates
know exactly how much they have already earned and
telling them clearly how far they have to go to get it.
This means our hard-working Affiliates aren't going
to walk out the door just moments before the check
arrives. They will know exactly how much progress they
have made and how close they are to reaching their goal.
And on top of this SFI has restructured their
compensation plan so that when our Affiliates finally
reach their goal of becoming PTL they immediately
begin to receive seven of the eight commissions in
the new compensation plan. That means our PTL's
will be getting the lion's share of the commissions.
There is no Executive Group Leader position to
reach. No three star Diamond required to get the
high overrides. As a PTL our Affiliates will be earning
seven out of the eight commissions and overrides
available in the new compensation plan.
As a PTL myself I now find myself only moments away
from reaching Group Leader. My position in SFI,
relative to the compensation plan, has just skyrocketed
to the top.
And I haven't even begun to talk about the overrides
or SVP for Eagle Co-op shares or the new IAHBE
Hallmark product. Folks, these banked shares
in the PTL bonus pool alone combined with the new
notifications are going to be hugely effective!
This is going to make an incredible difference in
retention which will translate into a positive
impact on our bottom line.
We'll be talking more about the specifics of the
new overrides in the compensation plan and will be
updating the material on our support site. For now
we want everyone to know that we are awakend from
our slumber and we are committed anew to
working the new SFI program. If you aren't brain
dead than you will want to wake up now.
The holidays are behind us and the phenomenal
potential of the new SFI program is ahead of us.
NOW is the time to start or resume building your
SFI downline. For those of you who have been with
us for any length of time you know that when we
say "NOW is the time" you know that it is because
something BIG and profitable has entered our midst.
NOW is the time to wake up. Remember that we provide
a special Co-op for our SFI organization. We provide
highly targeted, low-cost prospects to our SFI
Affiliates.
